Program Rules

All rewards will be in points and be based on dollars spent.  We will convert the current segment rewards accumulated to date to a rewards points amount as the beginning balance.

There will be 3 levels/tiers of membership to be reset each calendar year – we will provide the customer’s status for the initial launch based on to date 2022 activity.

  • Coho basic level/tier

    • This status will be for all members with less than 13 segments flown YTD – points awarded under this status will earn 10 points for each dollar spent.

  • Sockeye second level/tier

    •  This status will be for all members with 13 or more segments flown YTD but less than 21 segments flown – points awarded under this status will earn 15 points for each dollar spent.

  • King highest level/tier

    • This status will be for members with 21 or more segments flown YTD – points awarded under this status will earn 20 points for each dollar spent.

As an alternative, a customer may choose to earn Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Account# in lieu of Quyana Rewards points – this choice can be made for each flight – Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Account# will be awarded as 1 mile for each dollar spent (no multiplier).

Quyana Rewards may be used to obtain travel on Grant flights by exchanging 100 Quyana Rewards points for each $1 of ticket value – the ticket value will be determined by the standard walk-up published fare and cannot be combined with other discounts/promotions.

Quyana Rewards do not expire.

For customers electing to obtain Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Account#, the miles will be processed monthly for the previous month’s activity and remitted to Alaska Airlines to be recorded in the customer’s Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Account. Rewards from the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Account# program will be governed by the rules and guidelines of Alaska Air.
