Quyana Rewards may be used to obtain travel on Grant flights by exchanging 100 Quyana Rewards points for each $1 of ticket value – the ticket value will be determined by the standard walk-up published fare and cannot be combined with other discounts/promotions.
Quyana Rewards do not expire.
Grant Aviation was recently notified by Alaska Airlines that its third-party vendor, Points.com, will not be supporting the Quyana Rewards program after September 10th due to a “necessary software update”. As a result, we are disappointed to share with you that we will no longer be able to offer Alaska Airlines miles as part of our Quyana Rewards program.
Quyana Rewards members will be able to earn Alaska Airlines miles on Grant flights through August 31, 2024 but not after. While this portion of the program is unfortunately ending, we remain committed to ensuring all of our customers receive the travel rewards they have selected and earned. We are working with all parties involved to see that all Grant customers who elects to earn Alaska Airlines miles receive those rewards in a timely manner.
